Gut decisions might often be seen reckless and impulsive but did you know you have more neurons in your gut than you do in your brain. Our gut manipulates most of our gut decisions and is also called ENTRIC NERVOUS SYSTEM. Although, both of them our not congruent but are in one or other sense brain. Esophagus, small intestine, colon etc form the gut brain.

WHAT STUDIES HAVE SHOWN
Current studies are pointing towards a gut with healthy biomes as a strong predictor of emotional and mental health. Even our brain relies on gut for many essential body functions("It can even think by itself"). Hormones and emotions are controlled by our gut brain. Hormones such as dopamin and seretonin are found in gut in a considerable amount that regulate happiness levels in body (Dopamin 50% and Seretonin 95% in gut). Plethora of feelings strike us for instance, if something is wrong or right, we feel it in our gut.

Their have been so many experiments and studies conducted in order to explore more about this context.

Mice raised in sterile environment where no bacteria could colonize their gut exhibit social traits similar to those seen in humans on the Autism spectrum. When researchers studied their brain, they also found significant changes in levels of Seretonin and specific protiens related to learning and memory formation but after feeding mice with specific probiotics to help cultivate healthy microbiomes, these symtoms were elliviated. Their gut controlled their behaviour

Study 2 :
A 30 day study comparing people who ate probiotic yogurt found a decrease in the level of anxiety and depression compared to people who consumed milk with no bacteria.

WHAT RESEARCHERS BELIEVE
Researchers believe that the function of microbiomes is partly to promote pro social behavior. Healthy gut bacteria can lead to a high resilience of negative emotions from others which makes you more forgiving and better at faster and stronger social connections ultimately increasing you shot at reproduction.

Admittedly, the most powerful energy is the sexual energy as suggested by the fact that the whole life form existing on the planet is result of this energy. Doing sex or masturbation gives rise to sexual energy and develops it and when this energy is discharged so is sexual tension, as a result body feels relaxed. This is indeed an important thing to release the sexual tension otherwise body would not be able to focus on other goals. The tension produced can also make body mentally and physically tensed resulting in muscle tightening which is not at all good for health since when muscles tighten up they hinder breathing process and muscles would not get proper room to grow.

WHAT BODY EMPHASIZES ON?
Testosterone is the male principal hormone that regulates many essential functions of body such as sperm count, libido(sex drive), muscle growth, bone density and so forth.
However, body priority does matters as testosterone does not works like what most of the people think. It works on what body needs i.e. what central nervous system emphasizes on. The number one priority of human body is breathing then mastication(chewing), next one vision and hearing and so on. It does decreases cortisol levels(stress hormone). And when body is happy everything goes well and smooth.
Doing sex or masturbation does benefits the body resulting in more testosterone production in body.
This does not decreases the testosterone levels or growth rate.

The percentage of sperm in semen is only 2-5% , their are other fluids as well such as water, seminal plasma etc. Even semen ejaculated has a very little amount of sperm. Body has its own stock of testosterone and sperm that body utilizes for other prominent functions like immune system, bone density etc. Body has enough count of testosterone, it is not affected by one time ejaculation of sperm. Another myth prevalent is that body takes 24-48 hours to regenerate testosterone or sperm which is totally insane.
Although, body produces sperm everyday but it takes 64 days to produce a full new sperm(spermatogenesis). In context of testosterone body keeps making testosterone in cycles at different rates. Since body can not stay out of testosterone as it has to maintain other functions as well.

Then why we feel lazy?
ß. After orgasm(sexual activity) body releases oxytocin along with serotonin and dopamin that relaxes the body, makes us feel dizzy or lazy(weakness).
ß. Also, after the sexual activity semen is excreted out along with which a significant amount of zinc is excreted that is also considerable factor for body feeling weakened or energyless. Fortunately, this is a temporary stand and lasts for 10-15 minutes.

SUGGESTIONS
#. For a regular person(with no serious health goals), their is no problem in performing sexual activity 3-4 times a week since it is normal and will boost testosterone levels and make your life more happy, the only thing is be careful about your diet. But if you are already in excess situation like, 7-10 times a week it would rather be more malicious for your health.
#. People who have serious body building goals, what impact will sex or masturbation have on them? Body builders or sportsmen need to be more careful, however, sexual activity also hold as importance place as do other body building goals. Equipoise should be maintained in life. For body builders, you need to have a gap of 5-6 hours between your sexual activity and workout in order to make body prepared to hit the gym or do exercise. And doing sex 2-3 times a week is totally fine. In case you exceed this limit it would pose problems for you, perhaps you will start worrying about your goals thus making your body tensed. It would rather harm you more internally and intensely.
*If you are in bulking phase or gaining phase performing sexual activity 3-4 times a week would not be a problem since your body already is in bulk i.e. having enough nutrients to help you recover more quickly.
*And if a person is in calorific deficit it is totally prohibited in this state to do sex or masturbation and even if you want to do you would not be able to since in such state your body is running low of sperm, testosterone and libido. But this is temporary and you need not worry at all because this is normal.

This vast universe has many unsolved and unknown dark secrets. We try to find answers to the questions that become more of an exasperation cause for us and thus we again come to a stoppage where next question awaits with or without the previous answers. Till date, we believed in what really could be seen, however, reality opposed this fact of existence and non-existence. And such facts are coming out of blue which alter our perceptions.

WHAT WE KNOW
Upto the minute facts reveal that about 70-71% of the whole universe is made of dark energy or is dark energy (still to be figured out), nearly 25-26% of dark matter. Only 4% of the universe was known to us before these theories were unveiled.
Till 1990, we knew about expansion of universe and two main hypotheses prevalent were that the energy density of the universe is either too high to initially expand it to the farthest and ultimately contract into a big 'O'(zero) or too low due to which it will remain expanding and that too at an accelerating rate. In 1998, hubble space telescope captured images of a supernova which suggested that expansion rate of universe is far more today than in the past.

ENCOUNTERING DARK ENERGY
Thus the fact was revealed that something is that seems nothing causing universe's expansion but no one was able to explain, what it is. For the record, hypothesis of 'DARK ENERGY' was put forward that is present nowhere i.e. there, where there is nothing. We can neither test it nor calculate it but we can only feel its influence.

SUGGESTIONS ON IT'S BEHAVIOUR
The place where this form of energy is present start creating or developing into some or the other thing. Einstein was the first one to observe and say "Where there is nothing, there is something", and in his theory of gravity he gave a cosmological constant but was unable to explain about why it was required due to which his theory was rejected. Although, some scientists tried to understand cosmological constant and l the amount of power, dark energy can provide to an empty space but unfortunately attempts failed. Finally it was concluded that Einstein's theory of gravity was wrong and that we need a new theory that could explain behaviour of smallest of the smallest and biggest of the biggest particle of the universe.

A hypothetical form of matter is believed to exist in the external space that accounts for more than three-fourth of the total matter and approximately quarter of the energy present in universe and yet it remains elusive. In 1933,swiss astrophysicist Fritz Zwicky obtained evidence of unseen mass and he named it dunkle materiel(THE DARK MATTER).

Majority of the dark matter present is considered non-baryonic i.e. comprised of particles like electrons and neutrinos (leptons). It is named so because of the fact that it neither absorbs nor emits any kind of energy or light. Only a small part of universe consists visible matter is also a well known fact though. An intriguing alternative view is that dark matter is made of black hole formed during the first second of the universe. And now one of the scientists at NASA says that this some how is interrelated with the context of cosmic infrared and X-rays context.

However, these are all theories and we have no serious evidences to prove any of these put forward hypothesis. The nature of dark matter is also one of the prominent question unsolved. Scientist so far believe the models that explain the dark matter as an exotic massive particle but they have all failed to turn up evidence.

A considered myth or fact whatever be said is that black hole comprises dark matter and that this dark matter and black hole were once visible matter and by passing time their energy density increased so much that they got engulfed in themselves.

It is more of a way of designing a computer or a software that thinks intelligently and has the same intelligence as humans do have. Some of the activities included in the context are speech recognition ,voice recognition ,problem solving etc. It was founded by Herbert Simon and Allen Newell the famous economists of those their times while they were working on human skills of how we solve the problems no matter how complex they are.
